How It Works
Is there a guest minimum?
We cater everything from intimate 10-person private chef dinners to 200+ guest events. There's no strict minimum — smaller gatherings are simply quoted based on your menu.
What do the ✦ Premium items cost?
Premium items feature top-shelf ingredients — filet mignon, lobster, jumbo lump crab, and the like. They're quoted individually at current market pricing when we build your quote, so you always see the number before you commit.
What about delivery, setup, and service fees?
These depend on your location, headcount, and service style (drop-off vs. full service with staff). Your quote breaks every fee out clearly before you book — no surprises on event day.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially for weekends and the holiday season. That said, don't write off a short-notice event — call us, and if the calendar allows, we'll make it happen.
How do I secure my date?
A deposit locks in your date, with the balance due before your event. We'll walk you through the details with your quote.
Can you handle dietary restrictions?
Yes — vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are always available on every menu, and we take allergies seriously. Just mention them when you inquire.
